How do I return and/or exchange items?

Please follow these simple steps to register your return online, by following the link to our Return Center:

Type in your order number and email address, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason code for returning.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an instruction email on how to send the items back to us.
All returned items should be sent in their original packaging and condition, including tags to be eligible for a full refund/exchange.
You will receive notification of your exchange parcel being shipped once we have processed your returned items.

Are returns for free?

No, we do not presently offer free returns.
Return shipping cost is at customers own expense, but if wishing to exchange to other items, then we cover the exchange shipping costs.

Danish customers are welcome to buy a return label through us for 35 DKK. Once purchased, a label will be sent via email. This label should then be printed, attached to the return parcel and delivered to the nearest parcel shop for shipping.

When will I be refunded my return?

It can take from 2-5 days for us to process your return parcel after we have received it at our warehouse.
You will receive an email confirmation once this is done. It takes approx. between 2-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement.

Your refund will be credited to the same card used when the order was placed. If we are not able to do this (i.e. the card is declined, cancelled or has expired) then please contact Customer Service and we will refund you through a bank transfer or through Paypal.

Where can i find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking details in the shipping confirmation mail that you received when your parcel left our warehouse.

Do you ship worldwide?

Tracking says my parcel is stuck/held up or hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

The fastest way to receive an answer on why your parcel is stuck/held up or hasn't yet arrived, is to contact your national shipping provider directly (if outside Denmark) and to contact us if it pertains to shipments within Denmark at [email protected]

Tracking shows that my parcel can be picked up at a post office/parcel shop nearby , but I haven't received any information on the location of the pick-up. Who do I contact?

Please reach out to your national post first, before contacting us regarding this matter, as they are the ones sitting with the necessary information as to the specific location of your stored parcel. If you are not able to get through to your national post or unable to receive a clear answer from them, then please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

How do I get help with sizing?

You can always reach out to customer support. They are ready to help out with all and any questions you might have regarding sizing.
Contact us at [email protected] If possible, please send through your exact measurements, so that we can better make sure whether a particular size might be a good match for you.

The way to measure yourself with a tape measure is as follows: You measure
(1) by placing the measuring tape right across your nipples and pull it around your torso, (2) as well placing the measuring tape around your under-bust which is right below the breasts, in the slimmest section.
Remember not to tighten the measuring tape overly so, you should be able to breathe comfortably in and out while it is around your torso.

Are the metal trimmings free of nickel?

Yes. all of our metal trimmings in our bras are okeo-tex certified and free of nickel and any harmful toxins that might irritate the skin.

Are your Bras padded?

Our bras are not presently padded. We will be launching a padded bra in the Spring/Summer of 2023.

I have a small under-bust and bigger bust. Which Bra should I choose?

In this case we would recommend trying our CORE TRIANGLE BRA. This pertains to all sizes up to and including a big D-cup/small E-cup and 65 cm and upwards in circumference. The bra is not suitable for sizes larger than this.

What degrees can I wash the underwear on?

All of our Lenzing Modal fabric items and as wel as our lace pieces should be washed a no higher than 40 degrees celcius.
Our organic cotton pieces can can be washed at up to 90 degrees, but we recommend 40 and max 60 degrees.
Do consider using a wash bag for washing your delicates as it prolongs their lifespan. For our Lace pieces, we recommend using a special wash bag that captures the micro particles that Lace can off-set during washing. Check out our GUPPYFRIEND Wash bag for more info.

I am pregnant. What would be the ost suitable bra and underwear shape be for me?

It depends largely on your size, especially for bras, but generally ONYX BRA and CORE BRALETTE for bras and BRIEF BASE (followed by BRIEF CORE HIGH RISE) for panties have been the customer favourites when pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

Why don't you offer the classic G-string/Thong?

We know how tempting it is to wear a g-string, but trust us, there’s nothing worse than the feeling of eg. a vaginal infection. If you’re prone to infections already, you might want to take a look at the underwear you wear on a daily basis, for workouts, and to sleep at night. For an in-depth reason as to why we do not offer the regular g-strings/thongs, we kindly refer you to our blog post on the matter.
