Cozy, Sustainable, and Practical Fall Wardrobe Essentials

Now that the sunshine has officially made its way out the door, we’ve reached the season of turtle necks, long sleeves, and sweaters. Despite the chilling temperatures of fall and winter, there’s nothing quite like throwing on some cozy loungewear and bundling up next to the fireplace.

Especially with everything going on at the moment, fall and winter fashion looks a little different. This year, we’re trading in trench coats and nylon tights for lounge pants and thick socks!

If you’ve ever been guilty of forgetting about practicality when shopping for your fall and winter wardrobe, you’re not the only one. It’s too easy to get caught up in the appearance of something but quickly regretting it once you step outside and feel the weather cutting right through the material.

In case you needed some inspiration for your cozy yet practical fall wardrobe, we have a few staples to get you through the chilly weather!

High Neck Bodysuit

Every fall wardrobe needs at least one bodysuit to pair with denim jeans, leggings, or skirts. A long-sleeve bodysuit with a high neck collar gives you coverage in all the right places, keeping you warm yet looking elegant at the same time.

Even though we’ll be spending more time at home this season, it doesn’t mean that you have to trade sexy and chic for comfort. And we know what you’re thinking; bodysuits aren’t your usual go-to in terms of comfort.

We all experience that moment of relief after taking off tight-fitted bodysuits after a long day. That’s why our bodysuits are made from the softest plant-based fibers with the snap closure placed towards the front of the bodysuit, making it extra comfortable for all kinds of activities!

Leggings

If there were one clothing item that can be worn for just about any occasion, it would be a good pair of leggings. Whether you feel like dressing up or down, black leggings will go with anything. The best is, you’ll never have to worry about comfort.

The way we see it, your leggings should feel like second-skin, not too tight, not too loose. They’re the perfect middle-ground between denim jeans, being too stiff, and sweatpants, being a little too comfortable. For the days you want to feel put together without being restricted, grab your leggings!

Lounge Pants

Lounge pants are the epitome of comfort. They might not be as suitable to be worn outside of the house like leggings, but there’s nothing quite like slipping into soft, loose-fitting pants the second you get home!

Made with stretchy jersey fabric and a wide-leg silhouette, there’s still enough room to layer your leggings underneath. As the weather gets colder, proper layering is the key to staying warm!

Socks

Regular socks usually aren’t at the top of anyone’s Christmas list, but if they’re feminine, versatile, and ultra-soft, you might consider adding them. At the end of the day, your outfit should keep your entire body warm; that means from head to toe!

Despite common belief, your socks can be chic. Even if you’re staying at home, we love pairing long socks with an oversized sweater and briefs!

Our socks are made with the most luxurious and soft Egyptian cotton, so that style never has to be sacrificed for sustainability or warmth.

Like we said, stylish, yet practical. Building your fall and winter wardrobe doesn’t mean you have to mean spend all of your money. To keep sustainability at the forefront of your values, versatility, and layering are all you need to keep in mind for an ethical and practical approach to fall fashion!
