WASH CARE FOR MODAL ITEMS
Our Base collection is made of the finest Modal. Modal is a beechwood pulp fiber. It is smooth, soft and breathable-your skin will love it!
Washing: Wash Modal on gentle cycle using warm water and cool rinse. Use the amount of detergent necessary for your laundry load size and machine. Always use the gentle spinning option when machine washing your garments.
But we can all do a difference towards a more sustainable world, so we suggest for you to wash at 30 degrees.
Avoid using chlorine bleach with Modal. It can be sensitive to dyes and highly potent cleaning agents.
Use a wash bag: With every online purchase you will receive our signature wash bag. Always use this when washing your delicates. This will take extra good care of them and thereby make the pieces last longer.
Ironing: Press Modal with an iron set on low to medium heat while the fabric is still slightly damp. Or use your steamer on a low level.
Hang Modal items in your closet after laundering to avoid wrinkling and save both your time and the environment :)
WASH CARE FOR ORGANIC COTTON ITEMS
Both our Core Collection and our luxurious line of socks, are made of Organic Cotton. The cotton is grown in accordance to organic agriculture methods, without the use of harmful defoliants. It is produced with methods that respect the well-being of mankind and environment.
Washing: Wash at 30℃ or 40℃ to save energy and make your clothes last longer.

WASH CARE FOR SWIMWEAR
Swimwear is often a bit expensive and learning how to take care of it will keep it looking great all season. Whether you use your swimwear on a daily basis or just once in a while when vacationing, the fabric can take a beating from pool chemicals, sand, temperatures, and sunscreen lotions.
So we want to provide you with a few tips on how to take good care of your beloved swimwear pieces in a sustainable and easy way.
Your swimwear should be rinsed as soon as possible in cool, tap water after each time you wear it whether for swimming or sunbathing.
If you have time to allow the swimwear to soak in cool water for 30 minutes, that is even better for the fabric. This will remove most of the chemicals, salt, sand, and body soil that can damage the fabric.
Perspiration and body oils react with the elasticity of the fibers causing them to stretch; so removing them as soon as possible is important to help a swimsuit keep its shape.
After rinsing out the swimwear, you must hand wash correctly. Plain water does not remove all of the salt or chlorine. Refill the sink with cool water and add just a tablespoon or less of liquid laundry detergent.
Swish for several minutes and then rinse well. Gently squeeze-don't wring-the water out of the fabric. Spread your suit flat to dry in a spot out of direct sunlight and VOILA - thats how easy it is to take good care of your swimwear in order to make it last longer 💕
